Schedule for Special Concert at SUNY Oneonta

We are expecting the following schedule:

5:45 pm - Students arrive at Waterfront room (Hunt Student Union-downstairs)

6:00  pm - Students warm up at the Waterfront room 

6:20  pm - Pizza Dinner at Waterfront room

6:45 pm -  Performance at Hunt Union Ballroom

7:20 pm -  Performance ends - students return to Waterfront room to meet parents

We will be working with the technology team to broadcast the performance from the Ballroom to the Waterfront room so parents can sit and enjoy the performance.

Attached is a parking pass for you to use during the event to eliminate the risk of parking tickets. If you need me to print a pass for you, please let me know and I'll print a copy for you.

Please make every effort you can to be available for this performance.

Also, please note: this performance does not include preparatory orchestra students.
